You see, @okamiyu , all rational numbers(which natural numbers belong to) can have a name of a unique natural number. All rational numbers(now I only talk about the positive numbers) can be written as p/q, where p and q are natural numbers, thus I just need to name them in this order:

1/1 will be named as "the 1st number"
1/2 will be named as "the 2nd number"
2/1 will be named as "the 3rd number"
1/3 will be named as "the 4th number"
2/2 is actually 1/1, let's skip it
3/1 will be named as "the 5th number"
1/4 will be named as "the 6th number"
........

1/1 will be named as "the 1st number"
1/2 will be named as "the 2nd number"
2/1 will be named as "the 3rd number"
1/3 will be named as "the 4th number"
2/2 is actually 1/1, let's skip it
3/1 will be named as "the 5th number"
1/4 will be named as "the 6th number"
........
