This is simply misuse of words.
Fist does not equal power.
Power is power, and if you were saying the united power from citizens can deter the power of a ruler from an autocracy, then yes, power does mean a lot in that context. Hence the reason for democracy and people’s rights.
Secondly, if we talk about fist alone, and from your perspective, I get that weird sensation that you want a violent way of solving problem, which isn’t really what modern society has come about. Civilized countries like the US and Canada solve problems by civilized means, instead of violent ones. However, from your point of view, violence is almost inevitable; it’s something the “united people” have to use in order to gain power to go head-to-head with an autocratic ruler.
Again, I don’t believe the Chinese actually care about building a democracy. They care about who’s got the power, the actual real power. Hence, it is difficult to raise a democracy in China, at least by peaceful means. It is very likely that you will need to force democracy into Chinese people’s throats in order for them to accept it. Peaceful means is impossible.
