俄裔和苏联人是两回事，你觉得那时候苏联人能申请到入美十年签证？
我要说的对象不是来美旅游的支那籍人，他们死活我并不关心，我关心的是在美国生活的美籍华裔，刚才上面有个人说：
再過幾年
就是對所有中國出生的公民作思想檢查和獵巫式忠誠調查了
不要以為不可能
請翻翻一戰前美國德裔移民的歷史
所以我就举个冷战时期，俄裔没有被排挤的例子。
