Burmese army General Min Aung Hlaing, Chairman of the State Administration Council of Myanmar, Commander-in-Chief of Myanmar Defense Services, had declared national emergency since February 1st 2021 due to the fraudulent election in 2020.

I don't think it is possible. Go through history of US, there's no such traditional. I won't be surprised if military government appears in any other place in this world, except United States and United Kingdom. Trump had neither support from elites like Lincoln nor his own army like Caesar. Trump is the one defending traditional.
