滥用这个策略的结果是，听众有时发现，P并非不合理，而其涉及的议题又如此重要，所以值得为了支持P而“反犹”——“反犹”有时是可以接受的。其中一部分人会得出正确的结论说，一些犹太人在利用政治正确进行道德绑架。这一部分人中的一部分会推进到更危险的结论：这些犹太人利用政治正确来操控社会、引导大众反对合理政策的做法证实了历史中频繁出现的反犹指控，因此真反犹也是可以接受的。机智的犹左就是如此培养了他们的敌人。
