Chinese panda-dogs are crazy

Recently, a Chinese zoo was found painting dogs and faking them as pandas, which is hilarious. I don't even know how they came up with this idea, but what's crazier is that the zoo was not at all ashamed of it and instead went like, "Yeah we paint dogs, and doesn't this make them panda-dogs?"
This sounds kind of pathetic to me, in China, everything is basically fake and the gov(if you wonder, the administration of zoos in this country ultimately comes to it) doesn't even want to cover up that they're lying, because it's known unarmed people can do no harm to their authority and have to live with their lies.
