Yes, in Poland, fish with milk is a dish, but it's rather rare. In Polish language, "A loves B" doesn't imply they work well together as in English it does, we don't have this culture.
And you know, Duolingo sometimes just makes confusing sentences, which is already a source of meme going on right now, and the point is to help you master vocabulary and grammar.
