手动计票的目的就是防止计票软件作弊。MIT的人已经发出视频进行分析。他们发现，计票软件一旦发现川普的票数占一定比例，软件就会偷偷摸摸地作假。手工计票意思就是你软件随便捣蛋，我不用你。
