部分君主立宪制国家的“大不敬罪”是否触犯了言论自由？

促成或者想象国王、他的妻子或者是长子和继承人的死亡的。（2013年王位继承法于2015年3月26日生效后，长子修正为最年长的孩子）---都构成犯罪 最高可判终身监禁~~
是不是想起了《1984》里的思想罪？
