nah, they might be too Americanized (something I am aware of. Canada used to have more distinctive national identity but it starts to fade after the tight economical ties between those two countries, especially in the auto industry)
more distinct Canadians will do many Canadian exclusive things and almost all of them has firm connections to the Europe, mostly the UK and France.
food? buy some foie gras. attending remembrance day ceremony with poppy (another British thing) on 11/11, and drive some Rover/MG/Morris cars! I am aware a few Rover 75s, MG TFs and MG RV8s were imported to Canada in recent years and there is barely such interest on this scale in the US. (mostly indifferent about those cars because there is no attachment to them)
and absolutely no to circumcision unless it is life threatening without it (something quite rare).
