毕竟从目前这份预算来看 环保事业比乌克兰重要8964倍了
当然理性推测一下 这1000亿拿来解决进口俄罗斯能源的替代品
包括但不限于核电等再生/低污染能源
但是就从欧洲这几年的魔怔程度 这1000亿落实下来 能造几个太阳能电站都是烧高香了
